Dr. Pete's Praline Mustard Glaze


Yes, Praline Mustard! A successful mingling of brown sugar, mustard, pecans and spices, this award-winning glaze delivers a crowning touch to ham, chicken or fish. When served over cream cheese or Brie, you will receive rave reviews! We love Dr. Pete's Glazed Chicken 'n Cheese (recipe below).

GLAZED CHICKEN 'N CHEESE

  • 4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breast filets
  • 6 slices of monterey jack cheese
  • 1 cup of flour
  • salt + pepper to taste
  • Dr. Pete's Praline Mustard Glaze

Pound chicken filets until thin; season with salt and pepper and dredge in flour. Brown chicken in oil in frying pan on both sides. Slice Monterey Jack cheese and roll up in browned chicken. Hold together with toothpicks. Place chicken in Pyrex dish; drizzle with Dr. Pete's Praline Mustard Glaze. Bake in pre-heated 350º oven for 20-30 minutes. Serve immediately over rice or with sautéed vegetables. Serves 4-6.
