Do you ever do that thing where you stand in your closet, slowly spinning in a circle, pulling things out, putting things back and wondering how it is that there’s so much in there yet nothing excites you enough to even take it off the hanger anymore?

Mmmhmmm. Me, too. If you find yourself feeling like you need a new, well, errrrthang, don’t fret. Get excited. ‘Cause SuthinGirl’s got you covered!

As much as I love to shop, nothing beats the satisfaction of buying from women-owned businesses. This week, I got my spring shopping fix via box, boutique and basement, each owned by brilliant and beautiful women!

Erin ZwigartYou want to talk about energy and entrepreneurship? You have to meet Erin Zwigart, the vivacious founder of Georgia Crafted. Her company curates all sorts of Georgia-made products and delivers them right to your door.

Edra and Cristina! Thank you for saving me one of the coveted goody bags from Nicole Miller Atlanta’s
VIP Grand Opening party!imageThere I was, strolling through a very quiet Phipps Plaza after an event the other evening when I passed by the window of the brand new Nicole Miller Atlanta boutique and THIS beautiful blue dress caught my eye.

I literally dreamed about it all night long and the next morning while I made my coffee, I worried someone would pop in first thing and buy it before I could get back. You know that little heart-skipping-a-beat feeling when you’re in love? I had it. Bad. Lucky me, now I also have that dress!

Nicole Miller
Nicole Miller, what’s not to love? She’s a graduate of Rhode Island School of Design (my handsome SuthinGuy also hails from Rhode Island) and a fellow redhead! Her designs flatter and enhance a woman’s body more than any other designer I’ve ever worn.

Nicole’s designs ruche and seam in all the right places to simultaneously camouflage and accentuate, and taper in toward the knee for a sexy, feminine silhouette.

Here are a few of the looks I picked up from her new Spring/Summer collection…

NM Lace Jumpsuit

Did somebody say Girls’ Night Out?! It’s crazy but I’ve heard so many of my guy friends say they don’t find the jumpsuit look very sexy. But what do they know? We girls love them and I felt really confident and sexy in Nicole’s floral embroidered lace take on the look.

imageWILD about Nicole Miller’s ‘Arrow Mural’ flowy, long skirt. You should see how it moves when you walk! I’m going to wear mine with my black Wolford ‘Pure String’ Body Suit and Ivanka Trump ‘Klover’ Block Heel Sandals. Oooh! And big hoop earrings and a statement gold cuff. Yessss.

Eleanor Steward Brooks and Jane Steward, W by WORTH
W by Worth LogoHave you ever shopped a label sold exclusively by reps in their homes? It’s a pretty luxe shopping moment, especially when your rep is Jane Steward and you find yourself inside her fabulous 5th Avenue-lookalike Atlanta townhome.

Maison PerfumeI love every single thing about this vibrant, elegant woman. She exudes effortless, timeless style and even smells divine. (You know SuthinGirl got you the deets: Maison Francis Kurkdijan Paris’s ‘Baccarat Rouge 540.’ Notes: Jasmine, Saffron, Cedar Wood, Ambergris)

Jane and her sister Eleanor (fellow Savannah natives so you know they’re good people) make shopping the W by WORTH line feel like playing dress up with your best girlfriends.

The Italian-made fabrics, of-the-moment designs and painstaking attention to quality and detail are what elevates W by WORTH far above other similarly priced designer labels.

It’s funny, isn’t it? How you see yourself in a certain way and tend to go in the same direction whenever you shop…and then someone with a keen eye comes along and sees things in you that you didn’t even know were there! That’s the BONUS of working with Jane!!

With Eleanor’s help, she and I got a lot done the other day, that’s for sure. I’m excited to share with you my new W by WORTH pieces for the Spring/Summer. I can’t wait for them to start arriving like little Christmas presents on my doorstep!

Inside Jane’s genie bottle…racks upon racks of W by WORTH’s
sumptuous fabrics and Spring / Summer designs.W by Worth JacketThe rich metallic cinnamon color of this lightweight Faux Leather Stamped Croco Jacket is stunning! I’m going to pair it with white jeans and a cami now and a black pencil skirt and heels this fall.

W by Worth Sequined DressTotally one of those dresses that the embellishment of sequins caught by eye but I was like oh, I don’t know about the basic silhouette. Tried this Striped Sequin Dress on at Jane’s encouragement and holy wow! It’s a jersey knit and clings in the right spots, and the sequins are only on the front so you won’t risk tearing them off when you sit down.

W by Worth White DressIt’s been said a thousand times but bears repeating because it’s soooo true: SuthinGirl loves to sparkle. And there’s a subtle gold mixed with the ivory of this Foil Backed Cotton Denim Racer Back Dress that really appeals to me. Love that you can play with the top and bottom zippers to show more or less skin. Nips nicely at the waist. I’ll wear this to my next wine lunch with the girls!

W by Worth Bandeau TopYes, m’am. SuthinGirl bought herself a tube top! Well, W by WORTH calls it a Bandeau, so let’s do the same. *wink

Fatigue Green is not a color I readily associate with the spring, but let me tell you what. Mixed with white jeans and woven brown leather wedges it looks incredible and the color suits my red hair juuuuust fine. I have the perfect pair of bronzy Egyptian-style chandelier earrings to pair with it, too. I think with all that shoulder you really need something dangly and sexy on your ears! Comes in five colors.
W by Worth Fringe Top

When I first saw this sleeveless sweater top hanging on the rack I was like, no thank ya. In the past I’ve tried on sleeveless sweaters and felt they made me look like a linebacker. Not this one!

The Fringed Sleeveless Sweater is super lightweight and silky, and the shape is feminine and contoured at the waist.

Likey what you see? You have no idea. There’s soooo much more. Call Jane! She’s magic.
